GB QV 1855 2d Blue Plate 4 SG23-F2 NB PU Later State? Pinhole
Unlisted later state with a very clear mark to the left of B in the lower right corner. Poor used. There are a couple of central pinhole defects. There are some shorter perfs as per the scans. Some very light top corner creasing is the only hidden fault.
