Used space filler. Double postmark rarity (combination of a London district & suburban WC6 cancellation and the number 15 numeral of Chesham). There are some shorter / trimmed / pulled perfs as per the scans. A vertical pressed out crease on the right side, a tiny crease in the top left cornerand a bottom left corner perf crease are the only hidden faults.
