All images, artwork, scans and photographs displayed or supplied through qvstamps.com remain the intellectual property of Paul Sinyard unless otherwise stated.
The purchase of a physical or digital item that includes an image does not transfer copyright ownership of that image. The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied images for personal, non-commercial display and archival purposes.
Paul Sinyard retains the right to reproduce, publish and use images created by QVStamps for marketing, documentation, reference or resale purposes, including in digital or printed formats.

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally and not to use it for unlawful purposes. You must not:
If we reasonably believe that the Site is being used illegally or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate access where appropriate.
Where the Site allows users to submit information or comments, users must ensure that anything they submit is lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.
When you create an account on our Site, you agree that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts being used unlawfully, fraudulently or in serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available through the Site.

The services available on our Site include:
Product descriptions, plate identifications, photographs and scans are prepared carefully and are believed to be accurate at the time of listing. Minor variations in colour may occur depending on scanning, photography, screens and display settings.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have where an item is not as described, is faulty or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where necessary, including where an item has already been sold, has been listed in error or cannot reasonably be supplied.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded using the original payment method wherever possible.
QVStamps does not currently purchase stamps, collections, accumulations or other philatelic material from members of the public.
Please do not send stamps or collections to QVStamps unless this has been specifically agreed with us in advance.
Payments made through the Site are securely processed by Stripe. We accept supported major debit and credit cards.
By submitting payment information, you authorise Stripe and its payment partners to process the transaction.
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail services appropriate to the order. Delivery times shown or quoted are estimates and may be affected by postal, customs or international delivery delays outside our control.
UK orders will commonly arrive within approximately 5–7 business days, although many arrive sooner. International deliveries may take longer.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges payable on international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional delivery costs or delays may arise.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies to an online purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
After notifying us of a cancellation, the goods should normally be returned within the further period required by applicable consumer law.
You may examine an item to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining an item in a shop.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a service, the cancellation period will normally run for 14 days from the date the contract is entered into.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for work already performed before you cancel.
Where a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement that the cancellation right may be lost once performance is complete, the statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.
To cancel an eligible order or service, please contact us at enquiries@qvstamps.com or use the contact form on the Site.
In addition to your statutory rights, QVStamps normally accepts refund requests for goods made within 90 days of receipt, subject to the item being returned where appropriate.
This voluntary 90-day policy does not reduce or replace any statutory rights you may have in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to applicable consumer law.
If a stamp plating service supplied by QVStamps is subsequently shown to have been incorrect, the plating service charge will be refunded in accordance with our plating guarantee.
Plated stamps sold by QVStamps are guaranteed to be correctly plated.
If a stamp sold by QVStamps as a particular plate is subsequently shown to have been incorrectly plated, we will provide a full refund for the stamp and you may keep the stamp.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first where practical so that we know to expect the return.
Items should be packaged securely and returned using a postal service appropriate to the value of the item.
Returns should be sent to:

Where applicable, your rights may include those provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable consumer legislation.
