All items purchased from QVStamps are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your item. The item should be returned where appropriate, in accordance with our returns policy.

Please contact us before returning an item where practical, so that we know to expect it. Our Terms & Conditions explain the refund and return arrangements. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Stamps sold by QVStamps as a particular plate are covered by our lifetime plating guarantee.

If the plating is subsequently shown to be incorrect, we will give you a full refund for the stamp, and you may keep the stamp.

This guarantee relates specifically to the plate identification and continues beyond the ordinary 90-day money-back period. Please contact us with the item details and the information showing why the plating is incorrect.

All plated stamps purchased from QVStamps come with a free digital plating certificate. Plating and certification are included in the purchase price.

Plating is carried out by Paul Sinyard using imprimatur images, specialist references and plating literature. The digital certificate records the plate identification.

A plating certificate provides an opinion on the plate identification. It does not certify the stamp's condition, authenticity or SG catalogue classification. Please refer to the individual listing and images for the stamp's description and condition.

The included certificate is digital; a physical paper certificate is not included with a stamp purchase.
